A very special rural villa

 

The property has some lands with a rural mediterranean white villa with traditional Majorcan soft blue shutters.

 

There is a cozy round terrace under the shade of some centennial vines which is the idyllic place to see the sunset while you are taking a cup of wine.

The special swimming pool was built using an old irrigation pond built with the typical stones of the zone: marés. This old irrigation pond was used hundreds of years ago to supply water to the fields in the area.
